Terms of Service

1. The Services

pixeland.id provides information about our company. Its sign-in area is for our staff and contracted creators only.

Pixeland Studio is a management platform for TikTok Shop sellers and creators. Depending on the authorizations you grant, it helps you manage orders, products, affiliate creators, samples and buyer customer-service messages through the official TikTok Shop APIs, and view advertising data and manage ads through the TikTok API for Business.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at dev@pixeland.id if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Connecting your TikTok accounts

Pixeland Studio accesses your TikTok Shop or advertiser account only after you authorize it through TikTok's official authorization flow, and only within the permissions you grant. You may revoke the authorization at any time in TikTok Shop Seller Center or TikTok Ads Manager; after revocation, Pixeland Studio stops accessing that account.

You must only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and you remain responsible for complying with TikTok's own terms and policies.

4. Advertising actions

Pixeland Studio may suggest changes to your ads, such as budgets, bids or status. Changes are applied to your advertiser account only after you review and confirm them. You remain responsible for your advertising decisions, your ad spend and the content of your ads. Ad charges are billed by TikTok under your agreement with TikTok.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of TikTok's terms and policies;
• access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems;
• reverse engineer, copy or resell the Services without our written permission;
• use buyer or creator data obtained through the Services for any purpose other than serving your own TikTok Shop business.

6. Your data

You keep all rights to your shop, product, order, advertising and other business data. You grant us permission to process that data only as needed to provide the Services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties.

7. Fees

Any fees for Pixeland Studio, and how they are paid, will be agreed with you separately in writing before they apply.

8. Relationship with TikTok

Pixeland Studio is operated by Pixeland and is not operated by TikTok. Its features depend on the availability of the TikTok APIs and on TikTok's policies, which TikTok may change. We are not responsible for outages, limits or changes on TikTok's side.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where practical.

10. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design and content (excluding your data), belong to Pixeland or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

11. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, Pixeland is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law or by TikTok, or to protect the Services or other users. After termination, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably through discussion. If it cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, it will be settled by the competent court in Indonesia.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Language

These Terms are available in English, Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia. If the versions differ, the Bahasa Indonesia version prevails.
