1. Who we are

PT Pixeland Kreatif Indonesia is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Address: WTC Mangga Dua, Lantai 11, Jl. Mangga Dua Raya No. 8, RW. 5, Ancol, Kec. Pademangan, Jakarta Utara, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia 14430. Email: dev@pixeland.id.

2. Our Services

pixeland.id is our company website. It also contains a sign-in area used only by our own staff and contracted creators; their personal data is handled under their employment or cooperation arrangements with us and applicable law.

Pixeland Studio (studio.pixeland.id) is a management platform for TikTok Shop sellers and creators. After a seller authorizes their shop, Pixeland Studio uses the official TikTok Shop APIs to help the seller manage orders, products, affiliate creators, samples and buyer customer-service messages. If the seller also authorizes an advertiser account, Pixeland Studio uses the TikTok API for Business to read that account's advertising data and, only after the seller confirms, to make changes to their ads.

3. Data we collect

Website visitors:

• A cookie named pixeland_locale that remembers your language choice (see section 11).
• Standard web server logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of request, which we use for security and troubleshooting.

Pixeland Studio users:

• Account information you provide to sign in and use Pixeland Studio, such as your name, email address or username, and your login credentials (stored in protected form, never in plain text).
• TikTok Shop data you authorize us to access: shop information; orders, which may include buyer names, shipping addresses and contact details provided by TikTok Shop for fulfilment; products, prices and inventory; affiliate creators, collaborations and commission information; sample requests and their status; and customer-service messages between your shop and buyers.
• TikTok API for Business data you authorize us to access: advertiser account information, campaigns, ad groups, ads, budgets, bids and performance reports.
• Authorization credentials issued by TikTok (access tokens and refresh tokens) that allow Pixeland Studio to call the TikTok APIs on your behalf.

We only request the TikTok permissions needed for the features you use, and we do not collect data from TikTok accounts that have not authorized Pixeland Studio.

4. How we use data

Data obtained through the TikTok APIs is used only to provide Pixeland Studio to the seller or creator who authorized it, including to:

• display and manage your orders, products, affiliate collaborations and samples;
• show buyer messages so that you can read and reply to them;
• show advertising performance and, after your confirmation, apply the ad changes you approved;
• keep the Services secure, investigate errors and prevent misuse;
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not use this data for our own marketing, we do not use it to build profiles of buyers or creators for other purposes, and we do not combine one seller's data with another seller's data.

5. Legal basis

Under UU PDP we process personal data on the basis of: your consent, given when you authorize your TikTok Shop or advertiser account; the performance of our agreement with you to provide the Services; compliance with our legal obligations; and our legitimate interest in keeping the Services secure and working properly.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share data obtained through the TikTok APIs with third parties.

Data may be disclosed only:

• to TikTok, when Pixeland Studio sends a request you initiated or confirmed (for example, a reply to a buyer or an approved ad change);
• to providers of the servers and infrastructure that host the Services, only to the extent necessary to operate them and under confidentiality obligations;
• where required by Indonesian law, a court order or a lawful request from a competent authority.

7. Storage and security

• TikTok access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted and are used only by our servers to call the TikTok APIs on your behalf.
• Connections to our Services use HTTPS.
• Access to production systems and data is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate or support the Services.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected users and the relevant authority as required by UU PDP.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep data obtained through the TikTok APIs only while your authorization is active and for as long as needed to provide the Services to you, unless a longer period is required by law.

When you revoke authorization, we stop accessing your TikTok data. You can ask us to delete your account and the data we hold about you by emailing dev@pixeland.id from the email address associated with your account. We will verify the request and delete or anonymize the data without undue delay, except data we must keep by law.

9. Your rights

Subject to UU PDP, you have the right to:

• obtain information about how your personal data is processed;
• access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
• correct or update inaccurate personal data;
• request deletion or destruction of your personal data;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• restrict or object to processing, including decisions made solely by automated processing;
• file a complaint with the competent authority.

To exercise these rights, email dev@pixeland.id. We will respond within the time limits set by UU PDP.

10. Revoking TikTok authorization

You can revoke Pixeland Studio's access at any time: for TikTok Shop, in TikTok Shop Seller Center under the authorized apps or services settings; for advertiser accounts, in TikTok Ads Manager or TikTok for Business under the authorized apps settings. After revocation, Pixeland Studio can no longer access your TikTok data. Revoking does not automatically delete data we already hold; see section 8 to request deletion.

11. Cookies

pixeland.id uses one cookie, pixeland_locale, which stores your language choice for up to one year. It is strictly necessary for the site to remember your preference and contains no personal data. The staff sign-in area keeps its sign-in token in your browser's local storage instead of a cookie.

Pixeland Studio uses only cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary for signing in and remembering your preferences.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking or analytics cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will then fall back to English.

12. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through our Services.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If the changes are significant, we will notify Pixeland Studio users by reasonable means before they take effect.
